House rules
- You cannot celebrate bachelor parties or similar parties.
- Smoking is allowed at the terrace.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Check-in and check-out is flexible depending on the availability. Please, consult.
Bookings and cancelations
- The 30% payment is made as a reservation by bank transfer. Once received, the reservation will be confirmed by email.
- The remaining 70% will be paid 2 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
- A deposit of 200 euros is deposited by bank transfer. If everything is in perfect conditions, the deposit is returned at the exit of the apartment.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations with more than 45 days, 100% of the reservation amount is refunded. Between 30 and 45 days, 50% of the amount of the reservation is reimbursed. With less than 30 days, the amount of the reservation is not reimbursed.
